Circles update: see ppt attached

Former practitioners as LL for young people: Warwickshire LL service shared their experience from 75 referrals where each young person wanted to reconnect with at least one former professional. See guidance attached. Additional points were shared:
- Practitioner to discuss with their employer prior to agreeing to become a Lifelong Link for a young person.
- Warwickshire AD has sent an email to staff supporting practitioners to become Lifelong Link.
- All LL to be recorded on information system to provide transparency.
- Warwickshire has worked alongside their LADO service to check any safeguarding concerns.
- Important that all LL are recorded on the information system/pathway plans and boundaries are clear for both the young person and former practitioner.
