Using FGC's for Education issues

I have attached the slides from our presentation on using FGC's for families open to Education Welfare for non attendance issues. We have found that using FGC's as an alternative to taking parents to court can be effective and money saving. We undertook a small pilot of testing 5 referrals and on the basis of this we are working with our Stakeholders in North West Wales to role out the scheme to more families. Perhaps other services have experiences in this area to share, or would like find out more from us at 'Y Bont'.
