Future outcomes?

Myself and my husband of 8 years are currently in PLO pre proceedings regarding our unborn baby. He has convictions from 2008 for texting a girl under 16 inappropriately when he was 19, and for the possession of child porn at this time (although confirmed by police that this was an accidental download and not viewed). He is on the SOR and a SHPO until March 2027. There’s been no repeat of this behaviour or possession of further CP.
We recently underwent a forensic psychological assessment and it has come back that he poses low risk to his daughter and other children (direct and indirect). It says he is possible medium risk towards teenagers due to his conviction, though it stated the time (16 years) since his offence is substantial.
Mine has come back that I have no mental illnesses and perfectly capable of looking after our daughter.
However; we have only just got these assessments back. We made a safety plan that I would move in with my parents and allowed him supervised contact with our daughter when born (though it is unclear as to whether I can be a supervisor- if they recommend I can’t, I’m not sure how to get this reassessed following my course with Lucy faithful?)
I’m hopeful that we can adopt a new safety plan to one day resemble as a family unit with me providing supervision, once I have completely my course and got into more of a routine with our daughter.
I’m unsure of what to expect from our next PLO meeting and our daughter is due imminently. I don’t feel it is necessary or fair for them to request that I leave my marriage at this stage following his assessment, we want our daughter to have a strong relationship with both parents and feel this can be done well.
