Family Rights Group availability over Christmas and New Year 2023/24

Hello everyone,

I’d like to let you know Family Rights Group's availability over the Christmas period.

The office, advice line and digital advice services will close at 3pm on Friday, 22 December 2023 and will reopen at 9.30am on Tuesday, 2 January 2024.

The advice forums will be moderated on Wednesday 27, Thursday 28 and Friday 29 December 2023. No posts will be answered during this period.

Please look at the get help and advice section of our website if you need information or advice because a child in your family is involved with, or requires, local authority services due to welfare needs or concerns.

You might also find it helpful to look at the Christmas information page for details of alternative services that may be able to support you over the Christmas period.
