Dear Bings,

Thank you for your two further posts.

As previously advised, I think it is important that you try to arrange a meeting with the social worker and or the team manager to discuss your concerns about how things have gone so far.

The issue you have posted about is the same and I am not able to add to the advice given in the earlier response.
Do please speak with your GP about how you are being affected by the current situation so you can get the help and support you need.

In addition, if you are unable to reach the social worker by telephone put your request in writing and keep a copy for yourself. As stated, the social worker should give clear information about the procedure being followed by children’s services.

Best wishes

Suzie
