Referred to Children's Services by your Landlord?

Hello Everyone,

Family Rights Group has been contacted by a Journalist investigating situations where a family have asked their Landlord to undertake repairs, or complained about dangerous housing conditions (such as damp, overcrowding, rodents, etc), and their Landlord has referred the family (or threatened to refer the family) to Children's Services for neglect or emotional abuse due to the home conditions in response. If you have experienced this, please post in this thread to let us know, and I can respond with advice to help!
