FGC

In our case the referring social worker did not attend the FGC and did not agree the child protection plan the perants also did not agree the plan and yet a plan was still created did they brake there own rules if so we're do we stand should we ignore the plan I would love to know the truth about this

It may be a good idea for you to ask your local authority for information about how they conduct Family Group Conferences (FGCs) in your area and/or who is the senior person responsible for them. We have a film on our website which shows how FGCs work and comprehensive information about them too, here.

I have asked them and their braking all there rules
