child protection plan

can my solicitor remove the child protection plan if it is not needed through the court proses

Thank you for your question. Solicitors cannot remove a child protection plan as this type of decision-making does not fall within their remit. Local authorities have procedures to end child protection plans, you can read about them in this document called Working Together to Safeguard Children 2018, page 55 is where you can read how this is done.
