emergency Residency Order and C100 C1A forms

Hi all,

Submiitted a C100 form, should I have also submitted a C1A form and am I missing any others. Thank you all.

Hi.. I believe a c100a is used by social workers. C100 is the form you should have used. The court may make a prohibited steps order which will be an assurance for you that the other party can have reasonable contact. Supervised or not.

What is a prohibited steps order? We did use the C100 form but a friend told me to fill in C1A as well?
