About to be removed from SOR

Post by ScotStepdad » Thu Jan 28, 2021 12:26 am

I'm hoping I can perhaps receive a bit of insight into my situation. I am due to finish a CPBO and be removed from the SOR in March of this year after 3 years. Throughout this time my wife and I were told to have no contact due to threats from children's services that they would remove the children from my wife's care. This has obviously been a very difficult 3 years and now that I'm nearing the end of the order, my wife and I have talked secretly about resuming our relationship. She is frightened that if we do children's services will still become involved and threaten to take the children away again, even though I have done all of the work I was asked to do throughout my order and never had any issues.

I'd just like to know where we stand? Can they still stop us from having contact after all of this and after I'm removed from the SOR?
