Casue they was sating I could not protect her he as got 3 years left on register but we are work whit the social workers really hard and naw we are aloud contact together and will hopefully soone be able to live together we are slowly getting there rhe pams assessment us like a peranting assessment

Did the social worker say if there is a chance you can get together after the risk assessment and all the time you said you are not together I gess you can’t see him if I am right .in my case my husband will be sentenced in feb the probation officer has offered community service and 5 years on register my son will be 3 in March it has been soo hard to be honest I have moved out and staying with my parents and my son see he dad in contact centre twice a week and until then we are waiting for assessment to start in April with Lucy faithfull and the court will decide in June by then after the assessment and the information from the police . But one thing I didn’t understand that you separated from you partner and they still took you daughter away which I didn’t understand.

Yes we was not aloud to contact each other at all we got the risk assessment bk last week and spoken to the solicitor and she said there was nothing sating we carnt be a family we are naw having contact together for 2 hours 3 times a week

Still not received my pams assessment yet it was ment to be in on Thursday so still don't no what happening

Hi I was reading other post and I saw from @BSA21 which I think is no longer using the site but I have sent you speck to them if you can help me I am soo nervous about my husband haveing his Lucy faith full of you Rember do you know Wht her partner did I just want advice from people in the similar situation like me if there is even a hope for my family to be back together .

Can anyone please tell me once you come of the sex offender register can you stay with your family and have more kids in the future and live a normal life .
