Hi I am soo sorry to here about your child is in foster home how comes they decide to put you child in foster when you separated from your partner .so that means you are not with you partner no more and how long was he in the register for did you both have to do assessment with Lucy faithful is there any way you can ever live like a family and the other assessment you did what was that for. I am waiting for my Lucy faithfull assessment and for my husband two. my parents had to have guardianship assessment to be done as we are in the court now I had to move from my home and I live with my parents but my husband is staying in my home it’s very hard and specially for us when we are stuck in between .

Did the social worker say if there is a chance you can get together after the risk assessment and all the time you said you are not together I gess you can’t see him if I am right .in my case my husband will be sentenced in feb the probation officer has offered community service and 5 years on register my son will be 3 in March it has been soo hard to be honest I have moved out and staying with my parents and my son see he dad in contact centre twice a week and until then we are waiting for assessment to start in April with Lucy faithfull and the court will decide in June by then after the assessment and the information from the police . But one thing I didn’t understand that you separated from you partner and they still took you daughter away which I didn’t understand.
