Whats a case management

Hi there just an update I have to do a congativ assessment for the social worker we all so hv a case management on the 17th of September what is a case management hearing

My case management hearing was just to see where things are at and to see how things are progressing

I have to have a cognitive assessment

I had one back in July 2020 it was 3 hours long and not the easiest of assessments

Is it done on computer they all so depending on what the cognative test comes bk as they are all so wanting me to do a pams assessment

No it’s not done on a computer, you work from paper, objects and you’ve to answer questions you get asked. I’ve also had a pams assessment and I passed that but it takes around a week to do then 5/6 weeks to get a recommendation.

Whats is the pams assessment like us it done whit your baby

I had mine with my baby as we were in a foster placement but if your baby isn’t with you then no you’ll have it on your own

What do they do see if you can feed and bath her and stuff
