My son is currently in fc and we are on a trajectory plan . I currently see him in the community with the family support worker ( centre closed) . We are due to have unsupervised from August but SW , says can't be as risk of contact ( is a cuddle etc) , as we still have to socially distance . Overnights due to take place in September , but I think sw will say the same . I plan to apply to court for discharge of order in October, will the courts need this to happen as in unsupervised before ?
