Hi there, my suggestion would be to put your concerns in writing to social services manager, see what her response is. If your not happy go through there complaints procedure and write a complaint.
Never have any contact with social workers that's not in writing, I do everything via email as its paperchased.
Ring the NSPCC ask there advise
Hygiene is very important especially more for girls, her hormones will be changing.
