Re: Removed from family home by Police & Children Services

On Saturday 15/03/2014 I was involved in a road traffic accident, where a ford transit van decided he liked the back of my car a little too much. So I am now waiting on the insurance outcome of that, but I have been advised by the insurance firm that my car will more then likely be a total write off...

Re: Removed from family home by Police & Children Services

blueplain : Thanks once again for your time and input on matters. As stated in a previous post I was due to return to the police station today for my bail. I arrived early to make sure I was on time and not to be late. The desk sergeant said that I would be released again on bail, as they need to h...

Re: Removed from family home by Police & Children Services

I have received post from my local MP today, with replies from both the police and children's services. As expected my local MP can not really do much to intervene while there is an ongoing investigation. But at least he has been able to get more from both the police and children's services then I h...

Re: Removed from family home by Police & Children Services

We are now on day 92 since this all started. In this time I have had very little contact with the children, but at least it now seems that regular contact with the children has been setup. In the last 3 months (quarter of a year) I have been refused to have any kind of contact with my wife. Now I ke...

Re: Removed from family home by Police & Children Services

I had contact with all 5 children again on Monday (24/02/2014) at the contact centre. The two supervisors for contact that are transporting the children to and from contact where once again late with the children, so the children's time was less then it should of been. But otherwise contact with the...

Re: Removed from family home by Police & Children Services

Yesterday I sent an email request to my local council regarding records held by children's services under the Data Protection Act, and also sent the request via post by recorded mail. This morning I received an email from my local council. They don't seem to be messing about. Thank you for your requ...

Re: Removed from family home by Police & Children Services

blueplain : I would not even know where to start looking in my local area to have a drug and or alcohol tests. If I would to do this off my own back this would probably end up costing me, and as you say if social have concerns about it why have they not asked me to have tests done. And that is a ve...

Re: Removed from family home by Police & Children Services

blueplain: Thanks for your time and advise as always. I am more then willing to do any kind of tests for drugs and or alcohol. I am also more then willing to go to any kind of parenting classes, anger management, marriage counseling, etc. I would not know where to really start with any of the above....

Re: Removed from family home by Police & Children Services

I have been going over the child protection conference minutes, and there are endless errors, spelling mistakes, incorrect names, dates, places, etc. The story keeps changing, and even in places directly contradicts itself. I just don't know where to start with things. One thing I know for sure is t...

Now on day 77 of this nightmare. On Monday I had contact with all 5 children as arranged, the contact supervisors turned up late with the children so my contact session was shorter then it was meant to be, But it was grate to be able to see and interact with the children after not having any kind of...
