Emotional Harm due to Family History

Hi The father of my baby has a historical sexual conviction. It is spent and he is no longer on the sex offenders register. My partner was assessed by the Lucy Faithful Foundation and the result was that the sexual risk he poses to our baby is very low. The Local Authority were satisfied with this a...

Who will the judge likely side with?

My children are currently accommodated under a care order at home, so they are in care but living with me. The final hearing is about to take place. The LA's final care plans have been ratified by the IRO and I have seen their final statement. I am about to submit my final statement. Then the guardi...

A specialist assessment was carried out on my child's father who has convictions for a child sex offence (now spent). Father has no restrictions at all and the assessment came back saying he poses no risk to our child. However, children's services say he is not allowed any contact as despite what th...

Re: Sex Offender Partner & Residency of Children

Is there a way to delete or edit the details in the opening post on this thread please? I am concerned over privacy and as this thread comes up easily in a Google search I'd really like it removed if possible please?
