Re: Safety Plan

Hello,

Do you have any update in relation to what you ended up doing. Currently in a similar situation with a case being closed on a safety plan for the family..... but left wondering for how many years or indefinitely does that have to go on for?!

Thanks.

Re: Case closed - but recommended supervised contact

Possession of Cat A images. Not sure of full details as we haven't spoken since. However it may be different as my baby is unborn so there hasn't been a previous risk and currently as the baby isn't here they can't say he will be at risk if he's protected with me and supervised visits with him. I im...

Re: Case closed - but recommended supervised contact

He hasn't been sentenced yet, but they can't keep the Section 47 unborn assessment open forever....they have a 45 day time limit so have had to conclude now that the baby is at no risk of harm due to him being out the family home and being on supervised conta...

Re: Case closed - but recommended supervised contact

No, they haven't said anything like that. I already know my rights in relation to what they can and can't Control. Social services cannot control who we speak to. Although this can raise their concerns in relation to the child....they cannot implement anything like that officially. My social worker ...

Re: Case closed - but recommended supervised contact

We did have to separate yes, but who knows what will happen in the future. Given time we may approach and see how they could support us. But that's a long way off. Social services did their own risk assessment and concluded high risk but as he's not living with us anymore that may be why it's closed...

Case closed - but recommended supervised contact

Hello, First time posting. So a few months ago my unborn babies dad was convicted of possessing IIOC, went guilty and is currently awaiting sentencing. We are expecting a baby in a few weeks time and since the arrest had a case open with child services who were completing a pre birth assessment on o...
