Re: Initiating private law proceedings for contact arrangements

Thank you I have had a few conversations with some solicitors about what I can do and hopefully I will be able to set something in place to have more contact with my son.

Re: Child protection team

Thank you yes they have responded but the time was longer due to annual leave. I can’t get a straight answer to my questions and every helpline I try are always busy. I...

Re: Child protection team

This is the email. However, following discussions with the MASH Team Manager I have concluded that you will be better served by someone from the District Child Protection Team looking into your complaints

Residency order

Does anyone know what a residency order means for a parent take an other parent to court? I want to know really if anyone has been through one and if they can advise me what to expect I’m wanting to take the other parent to court because it’s the only way I will see my son.

Re: Whats an interim care order

I’m guessing that this is what the social worker has said to you? This is their plan that they will take the baby at birth? If so then yes that’s is their plan but two important things the babies guardian has to agree to this plan, and the judge would have to agree that this is best for your baby. S...

Re: Whats an interim care order

I was facing that as well they actually might not make the decision until baby is born. Your solicitor should talk to you about what to expect. I was allowed to live back at my partners mums house is there somewhere like this that you could stay? A mother and baby unit is a good option. You will rec...
