Thank you I have had a few conversations with some solicitors about what I can do and hopefully I will be able to set something in place to have more contact with my son.

Thank you yes they have responded but the time was longer due to annual leave. I now have the response and have spoken to a manger that was dealing with it setting out a few things that weren’t mentioned in the complaint, they are talking to the social worker involved and hopefully they will be able...

I’m sorry to read this, they are trying to protect your son who is vulnerable, they aren’t stopping your son seeing his dad they are supervising the contact between them, most social workers look for things we as parent do without even thinking about. Residency order
Does anyone know what a residency order means for a parent take an other parent to court? I want to know really if anyone has been through one and if they can advise me what to expect I’m wanting to take the other parent to court because it’s the only way I will see my son.

I’m guessing that this is what the social worker has said to you? This is their plan that they will take the baby at birth? If so then yes that’s is their plan but two important things the babies guardian has to agree to this plan, and the judge would have to agree that this is best for your baby. S...

I was facing that as well they actually might not make the decision until baby is born. Your solicitor should talk to you about what to expect.
