Re: Can Social workers change my birth plan?
I was pregnant at the time social services became involved with me (my partner , now ex was arrested for IIOC) I was told by social services he couldn’t be at the birth, unless it was supervised by his family member who was supervising the contact. With covid , I wasn’t allowed two birthing partners...

Re: IIOC found on ex partners device
I have done e they’ve said, this is why I’m so annoyed. They approved the family member to do the contact, and I stuck to the plan of them always being present and arranging the contact through them so I 100% knew they’d be there and I made sure when I dropped the children off that family member cam...

Re: Birth assessment

I’m just wondering if my ex is going to get 5 years or 10 years on register but then I’ve heard of other things they can give you

Re: Birth assessment
From my personal experience , I very much doubt they’ll allow him to live with you.. or be allowed unsupervised access. My partner was arrested over a year ago, he’s now my ex due to me being told if I carried on in a relationship with him my kids would be taken off me. My children will always come ...

12 months ago now, my partner at the time was arrested on suspicion on IIOC I left him, have done everything social workers have told me to (left him, don’t speak to him unless it’s arranging contact) despite this, they are constantly telling me to not let him have contact, try to scare me saying my...

A few months back my now ex partner was arrested for IIOC.
