Update, dna back yesterday and as we already knew he is my sons. We have set him up with a solicitor and she is addressing that he is party to proceedings and requesting all paperwork. She has also asked for the assessment report but not heard yet. I will be making sure that if we are not made aware of what's in it before it goes to court next week then we will do as you did and I form everyone involved.
