Dear DB182

Welcome back to the kinship carers’ forum and many congratulations on successfully becoming a Special Guardian for your young grandson! You have overcome many hurdles on the way but have been determined to provide a safe home for him in his family.

Thank you for updating Family Rights Group and your fellow kinship carers . It is very good to hear about such a positive outcome. And please do continue to share your knowledge and experience with relatives on this forum who are going through similar difficulties. It is also very positive that you experienced the training you had as relevant to you and worth doing.

Once again, well done, and best wishes for the future.

Suzie

Just wondering if there's anyone out there that as been through anything similar to us. That's had the police drop all charges before the family law case was over. Due to not enough evidence...I'd think the injuries was enough. Then things mum admitted during the case..why can't they re open it or re charge.
