Hi David Thank you for your reply. Yes the children are under full Care Orders. I have looked around the schools and there is places for the children but the Social Workers are not prepared to let them move yet. the earliest they will look to move the children is May. Once you are approved as a Foster Carer do you have to go to panel every year? Also as a Foster Carer how far should you be expected to drive children to school and to contact visits?

Positive outcome of Assessment before panel
We have just heard that our assessment is positive so we will be going to panel soon. Does anyone know the percentage that get through the panel. We are apprehensive and don`t want anything to go wrong any suggestions.
