Re: stage 2 complaint

<t>Hi again,<br/> To update, the respite in Bradford has totally unsettled my niece resulting in her behaviour worsening and her being excluded from school. She has also started running away and being violent towards me again. SS have took her back up to Bradford for extended respite while they deci...

Re: stage 2 complaint

<t>Forgot to add. Since the complaint went in, they have offered me respite but it is 100 miles away and I have to take my niece there and pick her up. This is not only a long drive but also means that my niece can't join an athletics group she wants to do at weekends, so is impeding on her life. So...

They are now trying to agree who the Investigators will be. They do seem pretty on it. I've got copies of all emails and notes from all meetings so h...

A few days later they rang me back to say they were trying to resolve the issues before escalating to stage 2. I told them I had already requested it to be ...

Any advice out there on what to write in a stage 2 complaint letter.
SS have had there 20 days on the stage 1 and I haven't heard anything from them, I can't just send in the same letter surely?
Cheers.
