Grade 11 £34,728- £37,890


An exciting opportunity has arisen (initially for a year) to join Oxfordshire Family Group Conference Service to support the FGC Manager with expansion and service growth.

Our ambition is to focus even more on increasing the quality of our practice and the work with children, young people, and families to sustain positive change.

We are looking to recruit a highly skilled individual who has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Family Group Conferencing, has worked as an FGC co-ordinator and engaged with families, children and young people who are experiencing complex social care needs.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting FGC Manager with monitoring the contracts and performance of the Independent Family Group Conference Coordinators, including undertaking regular quality assurance activities.

In order to successfully fulfil this contrasting and interesting position, the successful candidate needs to be motivated, enjoy taking on new challenges, be outcome focused and innovative.
