Lifelong Links and Family Group Conference Practice Adviser, Family Rights Group

Family Rights Group are looking for a passionate and committed Practice Adviser to offer training and consultancy support to local authorities who commission Family Rights Group to help them sustain or introduce a Lifelong Links service, or a family group conference service. Either an experienced family group conference coordinator/manager or a social worker with post-qualifying experience as a senior practitioner or manager of children and families work. You will have an in-depth understanding of family group conference coordination and child welfare framework and procedure.

The role is full-time, although alternative working arrangements may be proposed. All Family Rights Group staff are working remotely until April 2022, after which time the charity will be based at a new London office, although this role allows for flexible working requests.
