Family Rights Group | FGC and Lifelong Links Network Discussion Forum

Hi all

For all those that are interested we are holding an FGCs in Adult Social Care - Practice Exchange to be held in Camden on Friday the 24th of April 11am till 4pm.

It will be a coming together of Projects and people thinking about and/or already doing FGCs with Adults. We have projects from as far afield as Edinburgh and Coventry coming - all are welcome.

We have undertaken a few FGC referrals and meetings with Adult Social Care in Greenwich with positive outcomes. I do personally feel that the FGC model can and should be championed throughout Local Authorities Care Services as it is a means of engaging and empowering the wider network be that around a child, older person, those within youth justice etc.
