Quality Assurance (Obs of Practice and Audit)

Hey one and all, Hope you are keeping safe and well? I a wondered if it was possible to get some examples of how you QA your FGC services in your areas, for example, audit templates, Obs of Practice (to meet standards).
Keen to learn from you all to build something locally. All the best

Hi Pete,

we have templates in Coventry for FGC case file reviews and observations that we mapped to the FRG practice standards, they might have been included in the updated FRG toolkit, alternatively send me an email ([email protected]) and I will forward them to you.
