I am in the process of setting up a new FGC service in Northampton and I am just at the point of needing to write a recording policy, does anyone have one that they would be happy to share with me?

Hi Trudy, this is an excellent point. I know there are a few recording policies in existence. Here's one I found online from Torbay:
