In this new publication by the Children's Commissioner we hear directly from children what it is like to live with domestic abuse, parental substance misuse and mental health difficulties at home. The report reminds us that children’s voices need to be at the forefront of any strategies and support we put in place to help them and their families.
You can find out more here: Research on children living in households with mental health issues, parental substance misuse and domestic abuse and you can download a copy of the full report here: ”Are they shouting because of me?” .
