Interested in taking part in Family Rights Group 2009 running team? - snails as well as sprinters welcome.

We are recruiting runners to take part, on behalf of Family Rights Group, in the British 10k London run on the 12 June 2009.  As well as raising monies in aid of a good cause, and getting fit, it is also an opportunity to see the sites of central London unhindered by traffic.

Our target is that each runner raises at least £300 in donations. The monies raised will enable us to campaign for legislative and practice changes that would enable:

- more  vulnerable children, who would otherwise be in care, to be raised safely and securely by grandparents and other relatives and

- these children and carers to receive the practical and financial support they need, including help with managing contact.
