West Sussex Family Care Support Group

Who is the group for?	The group is for Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles and Older Sibling caring for a child/young person, where the arrangement has been made by the family rather than the Local Authority
Where does the group meet?	Support groups will start in mid October 2011 in Worthing, Crawley and Chichester. Each group will run for 8 weeks and then continue in the form of a monthly Drop-In. Monthly Drop-Ins will also be starting in other areas of the county, so please contact the service for more details.
Who runs the group?	West Sussex County Council
How often does the group meet?	The groups will run for an eight week period every week in each location and then a monthly Drop-In will continue once a group finishes.
Additional Info:	The Informal Family Care Service can also provide a home visit and assessment of your situation, advice and support, signposting to relevant services and help with making referrals to services.
