Thank you for posting again. I can understand your worry being in care proceedings, but you have had reassuring response to your post from a poster in similar circumstances who has explained the process.

I do not think I can add anything further to my previous response and suggest you look at it again and the links included.

However, a suggestion I would make, is that you try hard not to present and overly anxious. You have made the right choices as you as you say in your post for you and your child. However, if you give the impression that your focus is more about what you believe is being done to you this might be a concern for children’s services. Please speak to your GP about the anxiety you are experiencing.

The expectation is that you are a protective mother to your child and if you need to be seen to be managing your own health to safely care for your child.

Speak with your solicitor about your concerns relating to your case.
