How to go around getting more contact under sgo

Hello I need some support as I been in touch with pause they said to speak to family rights group on how I can go around getting more contact with my son on sgo I've tried numous times for more contact as my contact is supvised by my mother she keeps repeating the same thing over and over that what agreed I can't have any more but my son now 7 and I heard him say he wanted see me more then my mum twists things that he hasn't this can be upsetting for myself I know I can go back to court but I don't seem be getting anywhere .
