A month's wait for minutes isn't unusual; I had to wait three for one set.

As for inaccuracies try using the Freedom of Information and Data Protection Acts to get inaccurate information changed; that's what I'm trying at the moment.

I contacted the actual NHS trust customer services and they have contacted the right people for me and the reports are in the process of being changed as of this week. Good luck with your case.
