Our webchat is for parents, grandparents, relatives, friends and kinship carers who are involved with children’s services in England or need their help.
Our free, confidential webchat can help you find information and advice on our website and give you some initial advice. You will be chatting with an experienced adviser from our Advice and Advocacy Service. All our advisers will use the name Sam when on the webchat.
Our webchat service is open on Mondays (excluding bank holidays) and Wednesdays from 2pm – 4pm.
