I note that you have posted further on mumofthree thread and are again seeking advice about the assessment which the local authority has asked that you have.
A response was posted on 24 November 2017to your previous post and I suggest that you refer back to the advice given there. There is nothing more to add to this response except to reiterate that the decision is yours to make after considering the advice given here and by your solicitor.
