New website with easy to follow, mobile-friendly advice and information for young parents

Are you a young mother, young father or young-parent-to be whose child is involved with children’s services? Family Rights Group has just launched a new mobile-friendly website with easy to follow information aimed at young parents in this situation.

The site has been developed with young parents and includes advice and information to help answer some of the questions that young parents most often have when social workers are involved with their children. You will also find information for young fathers, young parents who have themselves been in care as well as young parents who are affected by domestic violence. The website includes helpful tips for working with your child’s social worker, getting ready for a child protection conference and about how family group conferences may help you and your family (and friends) make plans to keep your child safely within your family.

You can find the website at: http://www.frg.org.uk/ypa
