Hi, not that much helpful on here. My children have been matched to adopters very quickly, I've applied to court of appeal but was warned they may leave my case alone to just allow things to move on. The system is wrong a physiologist said our Risk has been reduced ect but judge said different, all because of timescales! I don't think the powers of be actually don't know what's realy going on in the system, they should be helping familys especially the ones who actually do something about their terrible mistakes they made and proof of prognosis and progress is working.

Hi twilight1107,

I know you have a leave to appeal application before the court at the moment.
The other thing to consider is whether you have grounds to apply for leave to discharge the placement orders.

Revoking a placement order is rare but not impossible. See my post on your other thread.

Why was the placement order made? What changes have you done to “improve” your chances of being a “good enough” parent since the placement order was made?
Have you spoken to your solicitor about those changes? Are they enough to consider you applying to the court for leave (permission) to revoke the placement orders? If not, you need to speak to your solicitor, as soon as possible. If your children move to a prospective adopter then your chance of discharging the placement order become more remote. This is very urgent.

Best wishes,

Suzie
