SGO

Hi,
We are new on here and was wondering if anyone can give us some advise on an SGO. We have had an sgo done and they failed us but said we could have our granddaughter on an intrim care order, however we recieved a phone call to say a new sgo would have to be done as the sw who did the original sgo had left. I find this very strange as i feel social services want to remove the intrim care order with the new sgo that is to be done. Will this new sgo rule out the first ??
