Administrator, I still cannot find buttons to post a new topic even using the new password. I have tried on 3 machines. I have tried calling the helpline for the information I need but never get anyone answering.

Hi Boobop16,
Nice easy one for me to reply.
Firstly, make sure your logged into the site. As the 'TEST' post displays your name, you should be logged in.
Secondly, How did you post the 'TEST'' post in the first place? Exactly the same procedure.
From the Board Index page, you'll see several topics.
26 week Care
Trying to get help for your child
etc.
etc.
Getting your voice heard.
Select the topic you feel is appropriate for your situation and enter that area.
At this next page you'll be displayed with various user topics. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll see on the left hand side 'NEW TOPIC'.
As simple as that.
