Post by Speakout » Wed Apr 18, 2012 11:48 am

If like me you have experienced the horror of your child being the subject of child protection proceedings, you will want the law changed to help families stay together.

I am setting up an e-petition see

Please click on link, click like, a buy Times Magazine this Saturday and I will repost once petition is live.

We all have more power than we think - especially together.

Here is the e petition please sign it - it really matters to all of us - you may need to copy and post this into your browser - sorry about that.

Its about trying to make sure that children are not removed from families unnecessarily 'just in case' which is the post Baby P world of social services. Children suffer dreadfully being taken from their families - often do not settle in foster homes and when there are repeated failed placements they end up in care .......with the worst possible life chances of any children in society. We need to work to use social care money to help families, not tear them apart.

Hi All
I have created a website to support all parents who are struggling in their fight against childrens services and social workers, if I can help just 1 parent all our troubles will have been worth the prevention of someone else having to go through it.

http://parentsagainstchildrensservices.webs.com/

I also have a Government E-petition to Create an independent regulatory body for childrens services to ensure they work to procedure and not illegally as so often happens

Many thanks, hope my site can be of some comfort and help x
