can anyone tell me please what safe haven scheme is please, been asked to sign a concent form for travel training for my child in foster care, asked her what this safe haven scheme is she didnt know tried googling it but not luck thanks in advance

Safe Haven Scheme

It seems to be a London wide scheme for young people at risk where they can seek help from local shops and businesses that have signed up a commitment to the project.

However I am not sure how relevant this is in your circumstances, so you may want to get further details from the Local Authority, particularly the independent Reviewing Officer if the social worker was not sure.
