I am sorry but we are unable give advice in situations that are related to private law.

You mention that you have a legal team supporting you, as does the father of your child, perhaps you might negotiate a neutral venue for contact to take place, with a neutral adult to supervise (if need be). Gingerbread has some useful suggestions about contact arrangements for children as does Child Law Advice.
