What does this mean 12 months

Recommended 12 months of CAT therapy, how would you take that? 12 months or 52 sessions? She just said 12 months depending on commitment. I've done 14 months and feel we covering old ground, as I got to me answers.

Thanks for your post but I am not sure what you mean when you say 'how would you take the therapy'.
Please can you ask the person who recommended the therapy how the sessions will work and how often they will be. Perhaps you should also say that you have completed 14 months of therapy and ask how CAT compares with what you have already done.
