Both children wetting in foster care

It has been known for some time that both my children have wet themselves in foster care since they were removed in May. The foster carer stated that my son (now 4, then 3) had wet and seemed pleased with himself. His sister had apparently wet herself at the same time. She is now 6 (was 5) and has global development delay. It was last mentioned at my son's PEP meeting on the 12th November. My husband and I assumed that it had been a "one off". Just to be sure I spoke to my solicitor who asked the local authority for clarification. Yesterday I spoke with her and she advised me that both kids had wet themselves 8 times each. My son they said did it when he was "overexcited" no reason for my daughter but that there were "no concerns". We do not know if they have seen a doctor but we know cahmns are involved as they are "looked after". My solicitor knows how concerned my husband and I both are. Both children were dry all the time in our care with the exception of laughing too hard and leaving it too long to get to the loo. Two or three occasions at most never as much as eight and for both children to have done it identical amount of times is odd. It seems to be brushed under the carpet as they can't blame it on us.
