I have tried several times to use the helpline but everytime it says no-one is available to take your call. Please stop advertising the helpline if it's not available for use.

We are sorry that you are having difficulties getting through to our helpline. There is a big demand for our telephone advice service, and currently, we can only take calls at the prescribed times 9.30am to 3pm due to funding restrictions. Please do keep on trying and have a look at our website The website includes many detailed advice sheets, interactive decision tree as well as lots of Frequent Asked Questions (FAQs).
