I asked SW what i can do

Post by QuestionMark » Wed Jun 26, 2019 9:39 am

I asked SW what i can do/need to do to have a child in my care one day. SW said 'nothing' then told me i've been through 'a lot of emotional trauma' and i 'need counselling'. She then said 'time' needs to pass and i need to 'mature'.

Also spoke to a barrister who said SW shouldn't be claiming 'mutual abuse' as judge did not make this finding. Womens Aid say she should be saying this either as she's not DA trained.

There must be something i can do so i can have a child in my care one day?

Can I ask what the reasons are for you to ask if you can have a child in your care one day
