Reunification

Post by ladyp » Fri Jan 11, 2019 1:59 pm

:D after several years of fighting arguing and doing what I have been told my boy is finally coming home for good in the summer. He's doing his exams and then comes home, he could have come back sooner but we decided that changing schools wasn't the best plan due to his exams we have unlimited contact he comes up weekends holidays and we are going abroad in April.i never thought this day would come.

I've read through some of your previous posts - when things have settled with your son back at home with you where he belongs. I'd consider talking to him about whether he wants to take what happened further and initiate a formal complaint in his own right? Obviously, now isn't the right time for that and the focus is on knowing that you will both be under one roof very soon and hopefully celebrating your sons exam successes!

He has said he wants to as the last placement was clearly not good at all I think that all coming out has made them see what they have failed on to be honest but it will be his decision and I'm there to help him if he decides to .....all the way

Dear Ladyp

Thank you for sharing your good news with us that it has been agreed that your son will be returning home to your care in the near future, once he has completed his exams. As some parents have already commented, it is always good to hear a positive outcome and it does inspire hope.

Thanks once again and best wishes to you and your son for the future.
