Not much you can do. Do exactly as they ask (ie don't allow unsupervised contact). Await the sentencing at court. He has to he remorseful, you have to tell everyone you are horrified and cautious for your own children, and then he has to engage with whatever sentence he is given (hopefully only probationary work). Get himself reduced to 'low risk' and hopefully off the sex offender's register in 5 years (if it's only a community order he gets, otherwise it's at least 7 on the register).
Then and only then you can both fight back, basically tell them to sod off if they still harass you even after sentence is successfully served.

Children's services will expect you not to let your husband have any in supervised contact and safeguard them at al, times they will be assessing this
Re: what protecting your children involve?
he is not alone with them, and dosent contact them on the phone. i make sure the kids knows the pants rules and we have talked about good touch bad touch, and internet safety. Apart from that not sure what to do more.

Just to be sure to comply on al, the advise n rules children's services set out because if u don't that will raise concerns and honesty and communication is exactly what they want and if u have a good relationship with them they will support you
